Do-to-Sell Report for Occupied Properties
Preparing your home for sale BEFORE it goes on the market is the most important step you can take in launching an effective marketing plan for your home. During the consultation, we will tour the house and discuss what can be done to show your house in its best light. Because photos are crucial for an effective internet listing, we will also take photos and review them to discover how we can further enhance your homes best features. A written report is produced on the spot to equip you with all the knowledge you need to successfully prepare your home for the real estate market.
Homes under 1,500 sq. feet $125 *
Homes 1,501 - 2,000 sq. feet $150 *
Homes 2,001 - 2,500 sq. feet $200 *
Homes 2,501 - 3,000 sq. feet $225 *
Homes 3,001 and above $250 *
*Homes outside of Lake and Porter Counties may incur a travel
fee based on mileage.

If your home is in good physical shape, but you just want to find out how much it would cost to have your property staged for a optimum marketing, or if you are a Builder or Investor just looking to get an idea of what can be done for your listing, Details will visit your property free of charge in order to prepare a bid for services.
Details reserves the right to charge for a do- to -sell report if that type of information is requested during this visit and may suggest a do-to-sell report be prepared should Details deem it necessary for the proper preparation for sale. Otherwise, we will take photos and some measurements and a bid for services will be returned to you within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
This service is performed on a limited basis, as inventory allows. Please call for availability.
