What are Your Payment Terms?
Payment is due on or before services rendered. In the case of vacant stagings, a 50% deposit is required to schedule delivery of inventory. The balance is due when staging is completed.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What if I need to reschedule a Vacant Staging?
Details understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances force us to reschedule things from time to time, so we do not penalize our clients in that case. However, if a project is repeatedly postponed a furniture and accessory reservation fee may be charged to keep our inventory on hold for you. We load our delivery trailer 24 hours in advance of a project, so any cancellations require 48 hours notice or will be charged a $150 restocking fee.
