DETAILS STAGING AND REDESIGN

Occupied Home Staging Services

Once it is determined whether a do-to-sell report is necessary and all of the agreed upon improvements are made to the property, Details can transform your house - using only your existing furniture and accessories - so to maximize its appeal and increase its marketability. We can do as little or as much as you need to show your home in its best light.

                                                   Fees start at $250 but are determined by the needs of the client

Vacant Home/Investment Property Staging Services

If your listing is currently vacant, Details can stage it using our large inventory of furniture and accessories. We offer deliver, staging, destaging and removal all for one fee. Furniture and accessory rental is separate. A proposal for staging services and furniture rental will be prepared for you at no charge.

Important Notice: Effective immediately, vacant staging services will only be offered on a limited basis, as inventory allows.  Please call for availability.

Consultation Follow Up

For those who chose to use their consultations as a DIY guide and have done their best to follow our recommendations, but would like for Kimberly to check their progress, we offer a follow up service that will help them fine tune what they have already done. While no actual staging will take place, Kimberly can guide them through the necessary tweaks to make their home ready for show.

$75 for the first visit, $50 for each consecutive visit
